Responsibilities:
As a collection supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the collection process. This includes working with customers who are behind on their payments, developing strategies to collect past-due accounts, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when working with customers
- Prepare reports for management
- Review account aging reports
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
